Yes, you can initialize transactions with the split payment methods. To do that, you’ll need to create sub-account(s) and specify the percentage of the transaction to split into that subaccount. You can have as many sub accounts necessary. See the documentation on how to use the split payments APIs (link to split payments documentation).
